Fresh Parsley Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup loosely packed parsley leaves | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper | ||

Directions
In food processor, chop parsley.
Combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
With motor running, pour in oil mixture; process until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
