Ingredients
1/2 cup cold water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup milk
5 to 6 ripe nectarines
1/3 cup honey
2 egg whites
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup thickly sliced fresh strawberries unhulled whole fresh strawberries
Directions
Pour water into a small bowl, and sprinkle gelatin on top.
