Fresh Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 sm. onion, chopped fine | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Butter | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 c. meat stock | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Wash the mushrooms and cut in small pieces.
Cook the onion, mushrooms and parsley in 1 tablespoon butter for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Blend the flour and meat stock, then stir into mushroom mixture.
Add sour cream, salt and remaining butter and heat through.
