Fresh Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed | |
| 1 pound white mushrooms, wiped clean, trimmed, and thinly sliced | ||
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 scallions, white part only, thinly sliced | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Creme fraiche | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice and the mushrooms.
Gently toss or stir.
Add the seasoned salt, the scallions, the parsley, and the creme fraiche.
Gently fold the ingredients together until well blended.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
