 Large fresh mushrooms - 1 pound
 Tomato1
 Scallions1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mock Sour Cream - 1/4 cup
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Gorgonzola or blue Cheese - 1 tablespoon
 Salt1 Dash
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Garlic powder - Dash
 Marjoram1/4 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Dill weed1/4 Teaspoon
 Rosemary1/4 Teaspoon
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Sage1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1 Throughly wash the mushrooms and neatly remove the stems.
2 Slice mushrooms and tomatoes as thinly as possible.
3 In a bowl, combine all other ingredients.
4 Using tomato slices, line the outside of a serving platter.
5 Arrange the mushrooms in the center of plate.

SERVING
6 Pour half the dressing over all and serve.
