Fresh Melon And Mango Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 2 Medium, peeled | |
| 2 large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and cubed | ||
| 1 small ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed | ||
| 3 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries | ||
| 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate | ||
| Nonfat yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice of 1/2 lime | ||
| Port wine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange liqueur | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Raspberry vinegar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt | ||
Directions
In the workbowl of food processor fitted with a metal blade, process all ingredients until thick and creamy.
Pour into a serving bowl and freeze for about 20 minutes.
Spoon into individual bowls and garnish each serving with a heaping teaspoon of yogurt.
Serve immediately.
