Ingredients

 Pineapple1
 Pears - 3 nos, ripe, sliced
 Oranges - 2 nos, sliced horizontally
 Honeydew melon1
 Red Grapes - 1/2 pound, separated into clusters
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs) (For the Orange Cream Dressing:)
 Honey2 Tablespoon (For the Orange Cream Dressing:)
 Orange juice1 Tablespoon, squeezed (For the Orange Cream Dressing:)
 Orange rind1/2 Teaspoon, grated (For the Orange Cream Dressing:)

Directions

MAKING
1) Chop the crown off the pineapple and keep aside for garnish.
2) Slice the pineapple into two along its length.
3) Remove the flesh of pineapple and cut into spears.
4) On a large, round serving tray arrange the pineapple crown in the middle.
5) Place the pineapple spears around the pineapple crown.
6) Garnish the edge of the plate with the clusters of grape.
7) To make the orange cream dressing, blend together sour cream, honey, orange juice and rind.

SERVING
8) Serve the Fresh Hoilday Fruit with Orange Cream dressing on the side.
