Directions

In a blender, place 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, 1 ½ teaspoons fresh chopped chives, 1 ½ teaspoons fresh chopped parsley, 1 ½ teaspoons fresh chopped dill, 1 small clove minced garlic, 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, to taste. Blend until ingredients are well blended. Using fresh herbs, you will have Ranch Dressing that is bright green with dark green flecks. If you use dried herbs, you will have Ranch Dressing that is white with olive green flecks. Either way, the taste is delicious! Serve as a dressing for salads or as a dip for crackers, vegetables, or food like fried chicken strips. YUM! --Betty

Thanks for this recipe - I've been looking for a Ranch Dressing recipe that uses FRESH herbs, since I have a ton in my garden. This is very tasty! I might try a little basil next time I make it.
