 Chives1 Tablespoon, minced
 Tarragon1 Tablespoon, minced
 Watercress1 Tablespoon, minced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Plain yogurt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 carrots, peeled, cut in thin sticks
 2 celery stalks, cut in thin sticks
 1/3 lb. broccoli, cut in flowerets
 1/2 small head cauliflower, cut in flowerets

Directions

In a small bowl, combine chives, tarragon, watercress, garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir in yogurt and sour cream.
