Ingredients

 Yeast1 Teaspoon (For base)
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon (For base)
 Warm water3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For base)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (For base)
 Oil1 Tablespoon (For base)
 Flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For base)
 Butter1 Tablespoon (For topping)
 1 cup fresh shelled peas
 Tomato sauce2 Tablespoon (For topping)
 1 tbsp chopped green coriander
 Cheese2 Tablespoon, grated (For topping)
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon (For topping)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (For topping)

Directions

Take water in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle sugar and yeast and keep covered for 15 minutes.
Put salt, oil and flour to water and knead to a soft dough with hands.
Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll out into a 30 cm round base.
Put the base in a baking dish and prick with fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 mintues.
Remove from the dish and cool.
Boil peas with salted water.
Drain and mash slightly.
Smear butter on the pizza base.
Put tomato sauce and over it peas.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and then pepper and coriander.
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
