Fresh Green Pea Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 pint peas and their shells
A handful of spinach 1 oz butter
Tsp. sugar sprig of mint
1 1/2 pints white stock
1/2 pint milk
Directions
Simmer peas, their shells and spinach with a sprig of mint and the sugar in the stock until all are tender.
Strain through sieve, but keep a few peas back for garnishing.
