Fresh Green Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 10 Ounce | |
| Gruyere cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2/3 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dash of tarragon | ||
| Salad oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Remove the strings from fresh green beans.
2) Sprinkle salt on this and cover and cook for 3 minutes.
3) Rinse in cold water and chop into 1 inch pieces.
4) Make 1/2 inch cubes from cheese.
5) Prepare the dressing by mixing together salt, pepper, tarragon, vinegar and salad oil.
6) Coat the fresh green beans and cheese with the dressing.
SERVING
7) Serve with rice.
