Fresh Grape Chutney With Ginger Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups Chilean seedless red or green grapes, coarsely chopped or quartered
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
