Fresh Ginger Root Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon grated or finely chopped fresh ginger root, to taste
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk or stir together well.
Dressing may be refrigerated for a short while before using.
