Ingredients

 1 cup sliced strawberries, crushed blackberries, crushed raspberries, or sliced peaches
 Yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup skim or whole milk
 Sugar

Directions

Chill fruit.
If you have no blender, force fruit through food mill or wire strainer; then blend with yogurt, milk, and sugar to taste.
If you use a blender, whirl fruit, yogurt, milk, and sugar together until smooth.
Then pour through strainer to remove seeds if raspberries or blackberries are used.
