Fresh Fruit Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 each large grapefruit and orange, peeled and sectioned | ||
| 1 Red Delicious or Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced | ||
| 1 small cantaloupe or honeydew melon, seeded and scooped into balls | ||
| 2 medium-size peaches, nectarines, or plums, pitted and sliced | ||
| 2 cups mixed fresh berries such as raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries, washed and hulled | ||
| 1 cup seedless red or green grapes | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Small, cut into wedges | |
| 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced crosswise | ||
| Poppy seed | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. In a large bowl or on a large platter (preferably a glass one), arrange all of the fruits in an attractive design. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Serve with hot Portland Popovers.
