Ingredients

 1 each large grapefruit and orange, peeled and sectioned
 1 Red Delicious or Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced
 1 small cantaloupe or honeydew melon, seeded and scooped into balls
 2 medium-size peaches, nectarines, or plums, pitted and sliced
 2 cups mixed fresh berries such as raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries, washed and hulled
 1 cup seedless red or green grapes
 Pineapple1 Small, cut into wedges
 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced crosswise
 Poppy seed1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. In a large bowl or on a large platter (preferably a glass one), arrange all of the fruits in an attractive design. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Serve with hot Portland Popovers.
