Ingredients

 Grapefruit1

 Cantaloupe or other melon - 1

 Apples2
 Bananas2
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger - 1/2 teas[ppm
 Mace - A dash
 Cardamom - A dash

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Peel the grapefruit and section the oranges.
2) From the strawberries, remove the caps.
3) Half the melon and remove the seeds.
4) Use a ball cutter to cut balls from the melon.
5) Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut it into bite-size pieces.
6) Peel the pears and slice them. Also slice the apples and bananas.

MAKING
7) Mix together the lemon juice, ginger, mace and cardamom.
8) Dip the sliced fruits into the mixture.
9) Combine together all the fruits and mix them gently.
10) Over the fruit mixture, pour the remaining lemon juice.

SERVING
11) The platter of fruits can be served plain or with a dressing of preference. When served with whipped cream, the fruits platter makes an excellent dessert.
