Ingredients

 Assorted fresh fruit - 4 cups
 Sweet Muscat Blanc, Muscat Canelli or Malvasia Bianca - 1 cup
 Mint leaves or Borage blossoms

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine together the cut=up fruit and pour in the wine. Toss well till the fruit s thoroughly moistened with the wine.
2) Place the bowl in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 to 4 hours.
3) Taste a piece each of the tart and the sweetest fruit. If needed, add lemon juice.

SERVING
4) Serve after garnishing with fresh mint or borage blossoms.
