Fresh Fruit Gazpacho Recipe
Ingredients
| Watermelon chunks - 2 cups, pureed | ||
| Peaches | 3/4 pound, blanched | |
| Kiwi fruit | 1/2 pound, cut in to chunks | |
| Blueberries | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green or red seedless grapes - 20 small | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon, squeezed | |
| Ginger root | 2 Teaspoon, pared | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium serving bowl, put together all ingredients and mix well.
2. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
SERVING
3. Stir and serve.
