Fresh Fruit Cups with Nutmeg Recipe
Ingredients
| Peach | 1 , peeled | |
| Plum | 1 | |
| Pineapple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lime juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutemg - 1/4 teaspoon | ||
| Peacns - 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons, chopped and toasted | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a medium bowl, combine togethter the peach, plum, pineapple, lime juice and nutmeg.
2) Into 2 individual dessert dishes, spoon the fruit mixture evenly.
3) Top the fruits with pecans.
SERVING
4) Serve the fresh fruit mixture at room temperature or slightly chilled. Use mint sprigs as garnish. Makes a delectable, low fat dessert.
