Fresh Fruit Cup Recipe

| 1 cup sliced banana, sprinkled with lemon juice | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |

| 1 cup fresh peach slices | ||

| Seedless green grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bing cherries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup rum, Cointreau, curacao, sherry, or apple juice | ||

Directions
Choose from the fruits, selecting a total of six cups.
Mix fruits, sugar lightly, if desired, and chill, covered.
Just before serving, pour liqueur or juice over fruit.
Serve in frosted glass bowl, scalloped melon shell, or in individual, stemmed sherbet glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves.
