Fresh Fruit Compote Recipe
Ingredients
| Large seedless orange - 1 , peeled and sectioned | ||
| Ripe papaya - 1 , peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| Pineapple | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Medium apple - 1 , unpeeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| Small banana - 1 , sliced | ||
| Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur - 1/4 cup | ||
| Unsweetened orange juice - 1/4 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, add the fruit.
2 Toss lightly.
3 In a small bowl, mix liqueur and orange juice together.
4 Pour over the fruit, mixing well.
5 Cover and place in the refrigerator.
6 Chill for at least 1 hour.
SERVING
7 Serve chilled.
