Ingredients

 Capers1 Tablespoon
 Light mayonnaise2 Tablespoon
 Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon
 4 fillets swordfish or halibut, skinless
 Extra virgin olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Grated zest of 1 lemon
 4 ciabatta buns, toasted

Directions

Preheat the grill.
Roughly chop the capers and place in a mixing bowl with the mayonnaise and the mustard.
Mix well and set aside.
Place the fish fillets on a baking tray, brush with the olive oil and the lemon zest and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Top the ciabatta with the mayonnaise mix, then the fish and serve with fresh salad leaves.
