Fresh Figs Curacao Recipe
Ingredients
| Figs | 12 , quartered | |
| Cognac | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup sour or sweet cream | ||
| Curacao | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Marinate the figs in the cognac thirty minutes or longer.
2. Mix the cream and Curacao. Fold in the figs and any cognac which they have not absorbed.
