Unbaked double crust
 
4 cup elderberries, cleaned
 
1 tsp cider vinegar
 
1/2 cup granulated sugar
 
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
 
2 tsp cornstarch
 
Dash salt

Directions

Place elderberries into bottom of 9 inch (23 cm) pastry-lined pie pan.
Sprinkle with vinegar.
