 Cornstarch2 Teaspoon
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red currant jelly1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sweet cherries2 Cup (16 tbs), pitted
 Brandy1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla ice cream

Directions

1 Combine cornstarch and water in 1-quart glass casserole until smooth; stir in jelly and cherries.
2 Microwave for 6 to 9 minutes on HIGH, or until hot (about 200° F).
3 Measure brandy into 1-cup glass measure.
4 Microwave for 15 to 30 seconds on HIGH, or until warm. Pour brandy over cherry sauce and ignite. Immediately spoon sauce over ice cream. About 2 Cups Sauce
