Fresh Cassava Or Taro Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups freshly grated cassava/taro | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Flour | ||
| Oil | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix onion, salt and pepper with cassava or taro.
Form into cakes about 1 cm (1/2 in) thick on a floured board.
Fry in hot oil till golden brown on both sides.
Drain well on paper and serve with meat and vegetables.
