Fresh Cantaloupe Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cantaloupe | 3 | |
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raspberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Chill cantaloupe.
Cut in half lengthwise; scoop out seeds.
Drain.
Fill cavities with cottage cheese; surround cottage cheese with raspberries and pineapple wedges.
Garnish with mint.
