Fresh Broccoli Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 pound | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame seed | 1 Tablespoon, toasted |
Directions
Cut broccoli stalks lengthwise into uniform spears, following branching lines.
Halve spears crosswise.
Cook in 1 inch of boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or till just done.
Drain; chill broccoli.
In screw-top jar combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar; cover and shake to mix well.
Drizzle vinegar mixture over broccoli; toss gently.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
