Fresh Berry Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 package (3 oz. size) strawberry, raspberry or cherry-flavored gelatin (about 4 tablespoons)
3/4 cup boiling water
Cooky Crust:
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, whole raspberries, or halved, pitted fresh cherries
1 cup heavy cream, whipped, and slightly sweetened, for garnish
Directions
Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
Chill until syrupy.
Spread about 1/3 of it over the cooled crust.
Arrange fruit on top of the gelatin (if berries are tart, sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar).
Brush or spoon remaining gelatin evenly over the fruit.
Chill until set.
