Fresh Berry Or Fruit Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen fruit or berries
1 cup water or fruit juice
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
In a 1 quart saucepan, combine fruit or berries, water or juice, honey and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear (about 20 minutes).
Stir in lemon juice.
Cook 2 additional minutes.
Chill.
