Fresh Berry Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 cup sugar for each pint of berries | ||
| Water | ||
| Flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Batter (for one pint of berries):) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Batter (for one pint of berries):) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon (Batter (for one pint of berries):) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Batter (for one pint of berries):) | |
| Margarine | 3 Tablespoon (Batter (for one pint of berries):) | |
Directions
Berries: Combine 1 cup sugar for each pint berries and berries in saucepan.
Add just enough water to cover berries.
Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
Batter: Mix batter ingredients except for margarine together for each pint of berries.
In baking pan, melt margarine; pour in batter and swirl around.
Spoon berries and juice over batter.
Bake at 400° until golden brown on top.
