Ingredients

 500 g / 1 lb beef fillet, very thinly sliced
 Onion1 , finely sliced
  black pepper1
 Basil leaves10 , chopped (Dressing)
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Capers2 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped (Dressing)

Directions

1. To make dressing, place basil, oil, lemon juice, capers and garlic in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
2. Arrange beef slices on a serving plate and season with black pepper. Pour dressing over and sprinkle with onion. Cover and marinate for 10 minutes before serving.
