 4 or 5 Mcintosh apples (about 11b.), peeled, cored, and chunked
 3 or 4 tbsp. lemon juice (or 1/4 of a100-mg. ascorbic acid tablet, crushed)
 Salt1 Pinch
 Few drops vanilla
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1.Take the container of a blender, put apple chunks, lemon juice and crushed ascorbic acid tablet in it.
2.Blend the mixture.
3.Add salt, vanilla and cinnamon in it and blend further.

SERVING
4.Serve chilled in a bowl.
