Fresh Apple Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
Margarine Pastry
3 large tart apples, peeled, cored, paper-thinly sliced
3 tsp Mazola regular or unsalted margarine, melted
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp confectioners' sugar
Directions
Divide Margarine Pastry into eight sections.
Between 2 sheets waxed paper, roll each pastry section into a 5 1/2 inch (14 cm) circle.
Place oil cookie sheets.
Slightly flute edge.
Top each pastry round with apple slices in overlapping rows.
Stir together next 3 ingredients.
With pastry brush coat apple slices with margarine mixture.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Sift confectioners' sugar over top.
Broil 6 inch (15 cm) from heat for 1 minute or until bubbly.
