Ingredients

 Sugar - 1/4-1/2 cup
 Biscuit mix1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking apples2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground cloves1/4 Teaspoon
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, biscuit mix, egg and milk to form soft dough and line 9-inch glass cake pan with it.

MAKING
2. Wash the apple slices and layer them on top of the dough.
3. Measure out the cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar, vanilla and butter in a 1 cup glass and mix well. Microwave this mix on (high) 30-40 seconds and stir well during the cooking process to combine.
4. Spread this mixture evenly over the apples in dish and sprinkle with nuts if required. Microwave this mixture again on (high) for 6-7 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 2 minutes. Let the dish sit for 5 minutes more till the apples are cooked through

SERVING
5. Serve warm or cold
