Fresh Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Wesson oil - 1 cup | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt - I teaspoon | ||
| Soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Apples | 3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2) In a large mixing bowl, mix oil, sugar and eggs.
3) Into this, sift together the dry ingredients.
4) Gradually add apples, pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
5) Into a tube pan, pour this batter.
MAKING
6) Bake in the oven for 70 minutes.
SERVING
7) Slice and serve as required.
