Ingredients
1 rump steak or sirloin or Porterhouse steak,
3 tablespoonfuls of olive oil,
2 large onions,
1 clove of garlic,
1 tablespoonful of French mustard,
1 2 tablespoonfuls of mild or wine vinegar.
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a pan, put the meat in it and season with salt and pepper.
Fry for 8 to 10 minutes, turning only once.
Fry the sliced onions in oil in a pan, till lightly browned.

When about to serve, mix the continental mustard in the sauce and pour it over the steak on a hot dish.
