1 can (10/2 ounces) condensed onion soup
Water
4 thin slices French bread
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine onion soup and water, following label directions, in a medium size saucepan; heat to boiling.
While soup heats, toast bread; brush each slice with melted butter or margarine; sprinkle with cheese.
Ladle soup into cups or soup bowls; float a toast slice on each.
