French Onion Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons unrefined corn germ oil | ||
| Onions | 2 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 4 cups hot tamari broth or vegetable stock | ||
| Sea salt | 1 To taste | |
| Toasted croutons, grated cheese | ||
Directions
Heat a large saucepan.
Add the oil and onions and saute until tender and golden brown.
Add the flour and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the hot broth and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Season to taste with sea salt.
Serve hot with the garnish.
