Ingredients

 
3 squares sweet chocolate, melted
 
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
 
1 tablespoon hot water
 
3/4 cup icing sugar
 
2 eggs
 
1/2 cup soft butter or margarine

Directions

Mix chocolate, coffee and water in small beater bowl.
Beat in sugar and eggs; add butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons at a time, and continue beating until mixture is thick.
Chill to spready consistency.
Fill and frost an 8- or 9-inch layer cake.
Chill until icing is set.
