French Fried Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
| Shrimp | 1 pound, frozen | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Peel and clean the shrimp.
Spread the flour on waxed paper.
Beat the egg in a small bowl.
To it add the milk and salad oil.
Mix together the bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Spread these on another sheet of waxed paper.
Coat each shrimp with flour, shak- ing off the excess.
Dip into egg mixture.
Drain slightly, then coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in deep fat heated to 350 °F.
for about three minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
