Place chocolate and water in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir to melt chocolate and make a smooth sauce.
Stir in milk and add ice cream.
Cover and microwave 9 to 11 minutes.
