French Bean And Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 400 Gram, halved | |
| Bay leaf | ||
| Tbl.sp. corriander seeds (crushed) | ||
| 400 gms. French beans cooked and drained | ||
| Tbl.sp. chopped fresh parsley | ||
| Juice of a small lemon | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushroom, bayleaf and corriander seeds for 2 mins., until mushrooms begin to soften.
Remove from heat and cool the mixture quickly by putting it into a large bowl and sprinkling lemon juice.
Add the beans, parsley, salt and pepper.
Serve chilled with warm bread rolls.
