 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms400 Gram, halved
  Bay leaf
  Tbl.sp. corriander seeds (crushed)
  400 gms. French beans cooked and drained
  Tbl.sp. chopped fresh parsley
  Juice of a small lemon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushroom, bayleaf and corriander seeds for 2 mins., until mushrooms begin to soften.
Remove from heat and cool the mixture quickly by putting it into a large bowl and sprinkling lemon juice.
Add the beans, parsley, salt and pepper.
Serve chilled with warm bread rolls.
