MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt by beating lightly.
2. Heat a griddle or heavy frying pan until hot and grease it well with oil.
3. Dipping bread slices in the egg white mixture fry in the greased hot pan on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
