French Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| 75 ml Frozen pasteurised egg, thawed | ||
| Milk | 150 Milliliter | |
| 4 Thick slices white bread | ||
| Butter or oil for frying | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
1. Whisk the egg and milk together and season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour into a shallow dish and dip each slice of the bread in the egg mixture, making sure each side is coated.
3. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of bread until golden on each side. Serve hot topped with crisply grilled bacon rashers.
