Ingredients

 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 teaspoon dried, crushed rosemary
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), finley minced
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Olive oil1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Dijon Mustard1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper To Taste
 8 3/4-inch-thick lamb chops, approximately
 1 3/4 pounds total weight, trimmed of all visible fat

Directions

In a small bowl, blend rosemary, garlic, parsley, olive oil, mustard and pepper to make a paste.
Spread evenly on both sides of chops and let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.
Preheat grill or broiler.
Cook chops 6 to 8 minutes, turn and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
