French Style Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 teaspoon dried, crushed rosemary | ||
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| 8 3/4-inch-thick lamb chops, approximately | ||
| 1 3/4 pounds total weight, trimmed of all visible fat | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, blend rosemary, garlic, parsley, olive oil, mustard and pepper to make a paste.
Spread evenly on both sides of chops and let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.
Preheat grill or broiler.
Cook chops 6 to 8 minutes, turn and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
