French Style Chicken Livers Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb/250 g chicken livers | ||
| 1 Tbsp grainy mustard | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Brandy | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green and black grapes | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a pan and heat it.
Once heated, add chicken livers into it.
2.Add mustard sauce, soy sauce and brandy in the pan and cook the content for 2-3 minutes on low heat after covering the pan.
3.Once done, add a few green and black grapes and cook for further 1 minute.
SERVING
4.Serve on a lettuce or cabbage leaf.
