French Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dash of paprika | ||
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 pound cooked, peeled, and deveined small shrimp | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pan, heat butter and put onion, green pepper and garlic in it and saute well.
2.Once done, put sourcream, shrimp, curry powder, salt and pepper and let the ingredients cook on low flame by stirring gradually.
SERVING
3.Toss on rice and serve.
