French Rivieras Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 6 large hard rolls, split | ||
| Bologna slice | 6 | |
| Cooked ham slice | 6 | |
| Salami slice | 6 | |
| 6 slices Swiss cheese, Cheddar or American process cheese | ||
Directions
Blend butter with mustard in small bowl.
Spread inside rolls.
For each sandwich layer 1 slice bologna, 1 slice ham, 1 slice salami and 1 slice cheese on half of roll and cover with other half.
Secure top with toothpick and place on paper napkin.
MICROWAVE 45 SECONDS on '8', or until cheese melts.
